Ingredients:

* ready-rolled puff pastry
* egg or vegan egg substitute
* ricotta cheese
* quark cheese
* extra virgin olive oil
* chard leaves or stems, finely shredded or sliced
* garlic clove, minced
* chopped oregano or thyme
* small yellow zucchini/summer squash, sliced into thin rounds
* small green zucchini/courgette, sliced into thin rounds
* salt and pepper, to taste
